Refund policy
We a no-return but a limited-refund policy. Which means with us you have 30 days after receiving your digital product to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your purchased product cannot have been downloaded to prevent fraud. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, it will be processed through the original payment method with in 10 business days. If your refund has not been processed with in 15 business days you can always contact us at streamlineteam@outlook.com.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Within the 30-day window that you have received your digital product/s if the product has been downloaded you are not eligible or a refund. Downloads can be seen through email analytics and action will be put in place if there if we suspect fraud.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to refund the product you have, and once the refund is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new product.
